At Lanco Enterprises, LLC, we appreciate your business and strive to provide accurate product descriptions, quality merchandise, and exceptional customer service.

We understand that occasionally an item may need to be returned. Please review the following policy before purchasing or requesting a return.

14-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests for eligible merchandise within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

• Be free from stains, makeup, pet hair, odors, fragrances, or other signs of use.

• Include a receipt, packing slip, or other proof of purchase.

• Not fall within one of the non-returnable categories listed below.

All returns require prior authorization from Lanco Enterprises. Merchandise returned without authorization may be refused.

Please Review Your Order Carefully

Because much of our inventory comes from liquidation and closeout merchandise, individual products, colors, and sizes may have limited availability and may not be restocked.

We encourage customers to verify product specifications, sizing, colors, and compatibility before placing an order.

Please remember that colors may appear differently depending on your computer or mobile device display, lighting, and photographic processing.

We accept requests for returns due to incorrect sizing, fit, color preference, or a change of mind, provided the merchandise meets our return eligibility requirements.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on these returns.

How to Request a Return

Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.

Please do not return merchandise without receiving authorization.

Return Shipping Charges

For approved returns involving sizing, color preference, change of mind, or other customer-preference reasons:

• Customers may purchase their own return shipping label using the approved return instructions.

• Alternatively, Lanco Enterprises may provide a return label, with the actual return shipping cost deducted from the customer's refund.

• Original shipping charges, if applicable, are generally nonrefundable for customer-preference returns.

We do not charge a standard restocking fee on eligible returns received in acceptable condition.

If returned merchandise does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, Lanco Enterprises may refuse the return or assess an appropriate condition-based deduction, where permitted by applicable law. Any proposed deduction will be communicated to the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, contact us promptly at support@lancollc.net so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

For items damaged during shipping, please retain the original packaging and provide photographs showing:

• The damaged item and any visible damage.

• The original shipping packaging and packing materials.

• Applicable UPC/barcode labels and serial numbers.

This information helps us verify the merchandise and investigate potential shipping-carrier damage.

Where Lanco Enterprises is responsible for an incorrect or defective shipment, we will provide an appropriate remedy and will not impose customer-preference return shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Merchandise

For health, safety, sanitation, and inventory reasons, the following categories are generally excluded from returns and exchanges:

• Underwear, undergarments, and intimate apparel.

• Clearance and final-sale merchandise.

• Gift cards.

• Perishable goods.

• Personalized, customized, or special-order merchandise.

• Certain personal-care and hygiene products.

• Hazardous, flammable, or otherwise restricted merchandise.

• Products specifically identified as non-returnable on their product pages.

Saf-T-Pak professional knife scabbards are generally final sale. Returns are not accepted for customer-preference reasons, including incorrect model selection. If an incorrect item was shipped or another issue requires a remedy under applicable law, please contact us for assistance.

These exclusions do not limit any remedies required under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct merchandise exchanges.

Because our inventory changes frequently, replacement sizes, colors, and styles may not be available.

For eligible merchandise, customers may request an authorized return and place a separate order for the desired replacement item.

Refunds

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within one business day after approval.

Where applicable, the actual cost of customer-responsibility return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Financial institutions and payment processors may require additional time to post refunded funds to your account.
